In our work as helpers, we often talk about self-care with clients but RARELY do this for ourselves…
So ask yourself these questions:

👉 Feeling overwhelmed?
If so, you could be heading towards burnout!
I’ve put together a Bust your Burnout Bootcamp for you to first identify your triggers for burnout, followed up with the next steps on how to implement creative strategies to navigate away from this difficult phase in your life as an allied health professional.
Bust your Burn out will be held Online Creative starting Friday 30th April, Live on Facebook. My 10 minute live video will guide you each day through the creative activites to Bust your burnout and find your creative calm.
I will be live each day to teach you an activity that will help you overcome the burn out and will give you insight and joy to your life.
Each Day I will be live in the Facebook group for 5 to 10 minutes to teach and guide you through creative exercises.
I will be in the FB group to support you in your process and there will be other delicious women to support you in your journey too
Your commitment is to watch the daily video and spend minutes of 5 minutes in your creative process.
Bootcamps work best when we are all interactive so please post your work each day and encourage other women in their journey.
