Kick start your self care with Creative Journaling
So many of us struggle to take time for ourselves during these continuous lockdowns. On the rare occasion that we do give ourselves some much-needed self-care, we feel guilty about it. There are a million other things to worry about, which makes it so easy to put ourselves last.
I wanted to give back to my fellow humans that are doing it really tough at the moment. I know that working online, home learning, running a business and feeling disconnect is a struggle. I would like a give everyone a little bit of calmness and joy. I also want to give thanks and appreciation to to you all.
