Creativity for your Wellbeing

Don’t see yourself as a creative person? Look again!

Creativity isn’t about making masterpieces. It’s about getting back in touch with your instincts. Creating allows you to find purpose and direction through self-reflection, self-discovery, and inner guidance.

The art you create at this retreat doesn’t need to look beautiful – though you may be surprised at what you’re capable of! It’s about the process of making it. The journey of expressing yourself in a calming, peaceful, and accepting space.

That’s where true transformation happens.

Here’s what you can expect from our NDIS Creative Retreat:

    • A chance to disconnect from the stresses of daily life and focus on your own well-being
    • Opportunities to connect with other amazing humans and build new relationships
    • A variety of engaging activities that will spark your creativity and inspire personal growth
    • A chance to learn new skills and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life
    • Delicious and nourishing meals that are tailored to your dietary needs

Wednesday 20th to 22nd September - Hepburn Springs

Hey there I'm sally

When I’m not off painting rainbows with my kids and getting stuck in glitter, paint and clay, I’m an experienced and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Sensorimotor Art Therapist who works with children, adolescents, women, and families. I help people who experience difficulties managing the demands of day-to-day life, including the impacts of depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and relationship problems.

On a personal level, being creative has changed my life and opened me up to divine insight about myself. It allows me to express my inner world and helps me to integrate it into my outer world.

Through creative expression I have been able to heal old wounds, free myself from past worries, and open my heart to truly knowing, understanding and loving myself for who I am. This has allowed me to open my heart and invite new things to come my way.

It has been a life long DREAM to host a creative retreat and I’m so pleased I now share this passion with you.

Here’s other creative women have said about my Creative Workshops…

Creative Lady

Such a great idea to reflect on self, focus on needs and wants, and uncover what I need more of in life, in a creative format. The workshops were well presented, gave plenty of time for reflection, and were a relaxing way to connect with others.

Peaceful Women

The workshop helped me let go of some of the anger and sit more peacefully in my situation. To find the time to explore oneself should be easy. Bit it hasn’t. These workshops have let me grant myself permission to spend time with myself, to look within. Thank you for providing this space for me.

Relaxed Lady

I really enjoyed this workshop, Sally is a lovely facilitator, who holds space for everyone in the group. Really enjoyed each topic & creative expression that aligned.

Feeling Great Women

Sally's workshop was a brilliant way to learn about how you're feeling and what that may look like for you. It was great to incorporate art with other modalities like music and writing. If you struggle with just writing about how you're feeling, I would highly recommend that you give this course a go - you'll be surprised at how great you feel.

Courageous Lady

This workshop really helped me let go of some unhelpful thoughts and emotions. Sally and the other participants were respectful and supportive and I had a lot of fun going through what may have otherwise been a difficult process.

Give yourself permission to take time just for YOU!
