The art you create at this retreat doesn’t need to look beautiful – though you may be surprised at what you’re capable of! It’s about the process of making it. The journey of expressing yourself in a calming, peaceful, and accepting space.

What You Can Expect

You’ve probably never been to a Creative Wellness Retreat before, so here’s a sneak peek at some of the creative activities we have in store.


Experience the meditative and relaxing power of the mandala. This is the first activity you will take part in, designed to gently stretch your creativity and ground you.

Bespoke Accommodation

Bespoke and quirky accommodation each with your own room and bathroom.

Terrarium Building

Experience the healing process of terrarium building. Create an eco-system to take home with you while you reconnect with nature and develop a deeper understanding of self-care. To set an intentional self care routine that works for you and will last.

Luxurious Meals

All meals will be included in your stay

Affirmation Setting

Are you in touch with your own intentions? Set affirmations that will encourage growth and give you permission to be your true, authentic self.

Crystal Gridding

Manifest your deepest dreams and desires through crystal gridding. Follow your intuition to create an energetic alignment of crystals that will help you solidify your intentions.

Long Lunch on Saturday

Enjoy a Long lunch on Saturday to explore the Beautiful property surrendering the retreat or take a short drive to explore the walking trails. Or you could take the time to rest and rejuvenate with a nap or a good book. Or you may want to spend time connecting with other women on the retreat.

Hey there I'm sally

When I’m not off painting rainbows with my kids and getting stuck in glitter, paint and clay, I’m an experienced and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Sensorimotor Art Therapist who works with children, adolescents, women, and families. I help people who experience difficulties managing the demands of day-to-day life, including the impacts of depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and relationship problems.

On a personal level, being creative has changed my life and opened me up to divine insight about myself. It allows me to express my inner world and helps me to integrate it into my outer world.

Through creative expression I have been able to heal old wounds, free myself from past worries, and open my heart to truly knowing, understanding and loving myself for who I am. This has allowed me to open my heart and invite new things to come my way. 

It has been a life long DREAM to host a creative retreat and I’m so pleased I now share this passion with you.



Do I need to be an artist or have any special skills to join this retreat?

Absolutely not. Creative Wellbeing Retreat is for everyone women looking for time out to rest and rejuvenate while being creative.. You don’t need to be ‘good’ at art — or even think of yourself as a creative person — to have fun, explore your experiences and express yourself at this retreat.

What meals are included

Because people will be arriving at different times on Friday night, you will have to arrange your own meal. Included meals are Saturday breakfast -continental in your cottage, group morning tea, group Lunch and group dinner. Sunday Breakfast continental in your cottage, group lunch and afternoon tea.
1 month before this retreat you will receive an email asking for dietary requirements.
We will do our very best to ensure that we can provide meals that suits everyones needs.

What if I book but later can't attend the retreat

Please see the cancelation policy on the bookings page.
essentially if you cancel you will lose a booking fee of $300.
Depending on when you cancel the percentage amount you will be refunded will differ. NO refunding 40 days before the retreat as accommodation, food and supplies would have been paid for and no refund for change of mind.

Do I need to bring any art materials?

For the workshops I will be running everything is supplied. However you many want to spend your down time being create so you will need to bring your own materials for this.

What do I need to bring?

Some comfy clothes that you don't mind if you get paint on them. You may want to bring your own snacks, water bottle,
