How long are appointments?
Most sessions at Creative Healing run for 45 to 50 minutes, but this can vary depending on your needs and the type of support you’re receiving. Your therapist will work with you to tailor sessions that are focused and meaningful.

Do you offer NDIS or funded sessions?
Yes! We welcome plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, as well as clients accessing support through:

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed for private appointments. However, if you’d like to use a Mental Health Care Plan, you’ll need a GP referral to claim a Medicare rebate.

Is there a waitlist?
It depends on your availability and preferred therapist. On average, the wait time for an initial session is about 2 weeks — but we currently have immediate availability for NDIS clients (adults and children).
Can I get an earlier appointment?
Possibly! If you’re flexible and can attend at short notice, ask to be added to our cancellation list, and we’ll contact you if a sooner time becomes available.
How should I prepare for my first session?
To help us understand your needs, you might like to bring a short summary that includes:
- Your main concerns or challenges
- Any symptoms or issues you’ve noticed
