Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
Registered Art Therapist
Sally has extensive experience supporting people through stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, trauma recovery, self-development, and emotional wellbeing.
She combines counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and creative approaches to help people better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Sally is passionate about creating safe spaces where people can reconnect with their strengths, creativity, and authentic selves.
Somewhere along the way, between caring for others, meeting deadlines, juggling responsibilities, and being everything to everyone, you stopped hearing your own voice.
You became so focused on what needed to be done that you lost touch with what you needed.
Perhaps you feel exhausted but keep pushing through.
Perhaps you’ve forgotten what brings you joy.
Perhaps you can’t remember the last time you did something purely for yourself without feeling guilty.
You may be successful, capable, caring, and constantly giving to others, yet still feel disconnected from yourself.
You long for space.
Space to breathe.
Space to think.
Space to rest.
Space to reconnect with the woman you were before life became so busy.
The Creative Wellness Retreat was created for women like you.
Women who are tired of running on empty.
Women who spend their days caring for everyone else while quietly putting themselves last.
Women who know they need more than a holiday.
They need a reset.
A chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
Over three days and two nights, you will be gently supported to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most.
Through creativity, art therapy, reflection, nature, and connection, you’ll discover that the answers you’ve been searching for may already be within you.
You don’t need to be artistic.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You simply need to give yourself permission to come.
Because when women are given the time, space, and support to reconnect with themselves, something powerful happens.
They remember who they are.
They rediscover what lights them up.
They reconnect with their strengths.
They find clarity.
They rest.
They heal.
And they return home feeling more grounded, more connected, and more themselves.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to put yourself first, this is it.
Nestled in a peaceful setting, your retreat cottage has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, warmth, and a space to truly unwind.

"I arrived feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from who I was outside of my responsibilities. The retreat gave me permission to slow down, breathe, and simply be. The creative activities helped me access thoughts and feelings I didn't even realise I was carrying. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself than I had in years." – Retreat Participant

"What stood out for me was the balance. There was enough structure to feel supported but plenty of freedom to rest, reflect, walk, journal, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Sally and Morgaine created such a safe and welcoming environment. I never felt pressured to participate but always felt included." – Retreat Participant

Not at all.
This retreat is about creativity as a pathway to self-discovery, reflection, and wellbeing. There is no expectation that you have artistic experience or ability.
Many participants arrive believing they are "not creative" and leave surprised by what they discover about themselves.
Art therapy uses creative processes such as drawing, painting, collage, journaling, and visual exploration to support self-expression, emotional wellbeing, insight, and personal growth.
No artistic skill is required.
The focus is on the experience and meaning-making rather than the finished artwork.
The retreat incorporates therapeutic approaches, art therapy experiences, reflective practices, and wellbeing activities facilitated by qualified professionals.
However, it is not a substitute for ongoing counselling, psychotherapy, or crisis support.
No.
While participants often experience personal insights and meaningful connection, the retreat is not a formal group therapy program.
Participation in discussions and activities is always voluntary.
The retreat is suitable for women seeking rest, reflection, personal growth, creativity, and wellbeing support.
Many participants attend because they are experiencing stress, burnout, life transitions, compassion fatigue, overwhelm, or simply a desire to reconnect with themselves.
Most participants attend on their own.
Many women arrive feeling nervous about coming alone and quickly discover a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
You are welcome to engage with others as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Absolutely.
Personal reflection time is an important part of the retreat experience.
The program has been intentionally designed to balance workshops, connection, and free time.
Participants stay at beautiful Karma Kinglake accommodation surrounded by nature.
