Bloom Into the Woman You’ve Been Missing.

The Bloom Retreat is a 2.5 day transformative creative wellness retreat designed for women who are tired, overwhelmed, or feeling disconnected. Leave feeling relaxed, open-hearted, deeply connected to yourself, and filled with joy and self-love.

The Bloom Retreat

A Weekend to Reconnect, Restore & Bloom
There comes a point when simply getting through the day isn’t enough. When you’re constantly giving to everyone else, carrying the mental load and putting your own needs last, it’s easy to lose sight of who you are beneath it all.

The Bloom Retreat is your invitation to pause.

To step away from the noise, the expectations and the endless to-do lists, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels genuine, nurturing and deeply restorative.
Inspired by the beauty of nature, Bloom reminds us that growth isn’t rushed. Just as flowers don’t bloom all year, neither are we meant to live in a constant state of busyness. We all need seasons of rest, reflection and care before we can truly flourish.

Join us at The Bloom Retreat and give yourself permission to reconnect, restore and bloom.

Meet your Imagine a Weekend Where You Can…

  • Slow down and prioritise yourself without guilt
  • Explore creativity without needing to be “artistic”
  • Connect with other supportive and inspiring women
  • Reduce stress and improve emotional wellbeing
  • Leave feeling refreshed, empowered and reconnected
  • Gain clarity, insight and renewed energy

Discover the power of creative

Learn and Grow

At our Creative Retreats, we invite you to indulge in a nurturing space where you can explore, engage, and evolve alongside other women. Our mission is to empower you to add or expand creativity to your practice and unlock new avenues for healing and growth.

Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced CREATIVE, our retreats will help you tap into your creativity, unlock new ideas and develop meaningful connections with others.

Creativity for your Wellbeing

IOver this immersive weekend, you’ll be surrounded by nature, creativity and a community of women who understand the importance of taking time to refill their own cup. Through therapeutic creative experiences, mindfulness, meaningful conversations and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been overshadowed by stress, burnout or the demands of everyday life.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
Whether you’re seeking space to breathe, navigating a life transition, feeling emotionally exhausted or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, Bloom offers a safe and supportive place to do just that. No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to slow down and embrace the journey.
Imagine leaving the weekend feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself. Imagine returning home with renewed energy, greater clarity and the confidence to create meaningful change in your life.
You deserve more than just a break—you deserve the opportunity to bloom.
Your next chapter begins here.

Hey there I’m sally

When I’m not off painting rainbows with my kids and getting stuck in glitter, paint and clay, I’m an experienced and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Sensorimotor Art Therapist who works with children, adolescents, women, and families. I help people who experience difficulties managing the demands of day-to-day life, including the impacts of depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and relationship problems.

On a personal level, being creative has changed my life and opened me up to divine insight about myself. It allows me to express my inner world and helps me to integrate it into my outer world.

Through creative expression I have been able to heal old wounds, free myself from past worries, and open my heart to truly knowing, understanding and loving myself for who I am. This has allowed me to open my heart and invite new things to come my way.

It has been a life long DREAM to host a creative retreat and I’m so pleased I now share this passion with you.
