Day 1. The magic of mandalas

Day 2. Pattern and repetition

Day 3. Finding your flow

Day 4. Creativity running amuck

I will be live each day to teach you the skills to create a mandala that brings your insight and joy to your life.

🎨 Each Day I will be live in the Facebook group for 5 to 10 minutes to teach and guide you through creative exercises.

🎨 I will be in the FB group to support your in your process and there will be other delicious women to support you in your journey too

🎨 Your commitment is to watch the daily video and spend a minium of 5 minutes in your creative process.

🎨 Challenges work best when we are all interactive so please post your work each day and encourage other women in their journey. 

🎨 Reconnect to yourself, give your self some time for self care, feel calm and grounded

When I’m not off painting rainbows with my kids and getting stuck in glitter and scissors, paint and clay, I’m an experienced and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Sensorimotor Art Therapist who works with children, adolescents, women and families.

I can help when you experience difficulties managing the demands of day-to-day life. Including the impacts of depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and relationship problems.
