Because creativity isn’t just fun—it’s powerful!
Our workshops give kids a chance to unwind, connect with others, and express themselves in a relaxed, welcoming space. Whether your child loves painting, experimenting with mixed media, or just getting their hands messy with art, they’ll walk away proud of what they’ve made (and probably asking to come back!).

It’s two hours of screen-free magic, guided by caring professionals who make every child feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Come for the creativity—leave with confidence, joy, and a masterpiece!

Hey there I'm Sally

’m Sally, the heart behind Creative Healing. I’m an accredited mental health social worker and art therapist, and I believe healing doesn’t always start with words.

Sometimes it starts with slowing down, making space, getting creative, and feeling safe enough to just be where you are.
I’ve been working in mental health for over 18 years, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can breathe, make a mess, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel genuine and human. My work is grounded, compassionate, and practical — meeting people where they’re at and honouring their unique stories.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually dreaming up creative retreats, bringing people together through art, nature, and connection, or collaborating with others who value integrity and care in mental health work. I’m also a mum, a big believer that creativity is for everyone (not just “artists”), and someone who knows that life is rarely neat — and that’s okay.
