Hi, I’m Sally, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Sensorimotor Art Therapist. When I’m not off painting rainbows with my kids and getting stuck in glitter and scissors, paint and clay, I work with children, adolescents and women to create a safe space for them to express themselves and start the healing journey to experience real growth in their lives. Over many years I’ve studied and practised counselling and different types of therapy.
It’s my mission to be the kind, supportive guidance you need to feel empowered to work through your mental struggles and create genuine and long-lasting positive growth in your life. Through creative expression, I’ll help you find ways to feel centred, so you can live a joyous life. We’ll also work together on helping you build resilience, so you are better equipped when life throws you a curveball.

Hello, I’m Narelle. I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Medicare provider with over 15 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients accessing Medicare, NDIS, private funding, and insurance-based supports.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with creativity and gentle exploration. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems theory, grounded in a Gestalt perspective that views healing as an ongoing, relational process.
I believe creativity can help access feelings and experiences that sit beneath words. Through conversation, art-making, symbolic play, imagery, and reflection, I support people to build self-understanding, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
My work is informed by early attachment, inner child healing, and trauma-aware practice. I offer a warm, supportive space where people can feel safe to explore their story at their own pace.
I am accredited to facilitate the Peaceful Kids and Peaceful Parents programs, using playful, strengths-based strategies to support emotional regulation and confidence.
I aim to create a grounded, affirming therapeutic relationship where healing feels supported, meaningful, and deeply personal.

Morgaine is a qualified Social Worker (Master of Social Work) and registered Art Therapist who specialises in supporting children and adolescents, including those accessing the NDIS supports and private therapy. (Not medicare)
Her work is grounded in a child-centred, trauma-informed approach that supports emotional safety, participation, and inclusion. Morgaine recognises that many developmental, emotional, behavioural, and sensory challenges can impact a young person’s daily functioning and ability to communicate their needs. By integrating social work practice with creative therapeutic approaches, she supports the development of emotional regulation, communication skills, self-confidence, and independence.
Morgaine uses creative processes to build functional skills such as emotional expression, coping strategies, problem-solving, and social engagement. Therapy sessions are tailored to each young person’s strengths, goals, and support needs, with a strong focus on capacity building and skill development that can be transferred into everyday environments such as home, school, and community settings.
She is committed to creating accessible and empowering therapy spaces where young people of all abilities feel safe to explore their experiences without fear or judgement. Morgaine works collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks to strengthen consistency of support and promote sustainable outcomes.
Through a strengths-based and compassionate approach, Morgaine supports young people to move beyond labels and behaviours, building a stronger sense of identity, self-worth, and confidence to engage meaningfully in their lives and future goals.

Ester is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), with over 18 years’ experience in private practice. She works with adolescents and adults and supports clients accessing Medicare, NDIS, private funding, and insurance-based services.
Ester has a particular interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, loss and grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. She also incorporates EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) as a gentle, body-based approach to support emotional regulation and stress relief.
Ester intentionally weaves creativity into her practice, recognising that not all experiences are easily expressed through words alone. Through the use of imagery, metaphor, visual reflection, and gentle creative exercises, she supports clients to gain insight, process emotion, and access new perspectives. This creative approach can help reduce overwhelm, support emotional regulation, and open pathways for change that feel less confronting and more empowering.
Her counselling style is compassionate, grounded, and practical. Ester creates a calm, supportive therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
Ester draws on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and EFT Tapping. Clients often describe Ester as gentle, perceptive, and empowering, supporting them to build self-awareness, emotional balance, and renewed confidence.

I believe in the importance of play and creativity to support our healing process. You know the saying, “a picture has a thousand words”? Well, it’s true.
We often find it difficult to talk about what is going on for us, and sometimes we don’t even have the words.
Through my art therapy, you don’t even need words. I will challenge you to make shifts in your life while creating a safe space for you on your healing journey.
